VOIDFORGE AUDIO is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at hello@voidforgeaudio.com.

The plugin download is available to subscribers. When you request the download, you agree to receive product news, updates and offers from VOIDFORGE AUDIO. The consent checkbox is required, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We record your email address, consent date, consent wording and subscription status. Your subscription is activated when you submit the download form with the consent checkbox selected.

We use Resend as an email delivery and subscriber-management provider. Resend processes email addresses and email delivery information on our behalf. We do not sell subscriber data.

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting hello@voidforgeaudio.com. We retain a minimal suppression record after unsubscribe so we can respect your request.

We protect subscriber records with access controls and keep application secrets outside the public website directory. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data.
